About Herring Homes, Home Builder

Relying on the success of our craftsmanship, quality, and tradition, the Herring Homes' artisans continue designing and building new custom homes and townhomes in Raleigh, Durham, and Wake Forest, NC.

As a third generation homebuilder, Brian Herring's mission remains unchanged: "We are a family business, building high-quality homes for families like ours." Our team of hand-selected individuals represent the mission of Herring Homes, and they in turn have identified tradesmen who are loyal and provide quality craftsmanship.

Herring Homes is proud to embrace our tagline of "Life Well Crafted".

As a third-generation homebuilder, at Herring Homes, our passion is to build beautiful, well-designed homes for every client. Our mission is to honor our heritage by crafting high quality homes with a pledge of honesty, the humility of service, a dedication to hard work, a desire to help, and a hope of enriching lives. To that end, we have made a commitment to donate $20,000 to the Food Bank of central and eastern NC.

Although the Food Bank is located in one of the United States’ best places to live, their data and experience show hunger remains a serious problem in central and eastern North Carolina. Across their 34-county service area, individuals and families are unable to consistently access enough nutritious food to live a healthy, active life, or they go hungry because they had to skip meals. Hunger has grown into an epidemic, and is more prevalent than ever, affecting more than just the families living at or below the poverty line.

At Herring Homes, we care about our community and want to serve those around us.
